    Hey everyone. I'm new here and am thinking about having the bypass surgery but wanted to talk to some people who've had it done before. It's not an easy decision by any means and I would love some advice. I'm 23 years old, 290 lbs. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and I'm tired of worrying about the complications of being obese. Any advice and before/after pictures would be greatly appreciated!
