How long did people have to wait before they got a surgery date??

After i did all the required appointments it took about two months but that includes waiting on other docs to turn in their paper work to surgeons office and a broken fax machine at insuarance office . Once i figured what was going on and made phone calls it took less than a week for approval and three days for a date.

I got my surgery date at my first appt after the seminar . The seminar was in July and my appt in August. My surgeryis on Jan 30th.

After finishing the pre op requirements I saw the surgeon on 10/18 the insurance OKed surgery on 10/19 and had surgery on 10/25.

It took me 6 months to fulfill all of the requirements. I scheduled my pre open appt and days later received a letter from my insurance company telling me my date which was 1 1/2 weeks after.

It took me 6 months to fulfill all of the requirements. I scheduled my pre op appt and days later received a letter from my insurance company telling me my date which was 1 1/2 weeks after. My surgery date was 11/17/16.

My informational session was February 11. I had surgery after a mandatory 3-month diet, on August 10. It took a week for my insurance company to approve it, and surgery was a week after that.
