    I haven't had surgery yet, but my aunt had RNY 11 years ago and she introduced me to the Air-Fryer. She uses it so often she bought 2. I ended up buying one, my mom bought one, and my other aunt who is just a few months post RNY also bought one. I think they are great. If I use any oil on my food at all I just spritz it a bit, nothing more. Veggies turnout great. So far chicken is my favorite...crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. I just put it in a zip lock back with some seasoning, shake it up and cook in the air fryer. No oil added. I bought mine from Bed Bath and Beyond with a 20% off coupon.
