  2. Ok thank thank you! Before I started increasing my Water intake, by actually drinking water. It was a light yellow with settlement...now there's no yellow and no settlement lol Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
  3. Ok, because I looked it up and it said that urine should have a tinge of yellow...but if others are experiencing this I won't worry about it ???? Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
  4. So I started my Preop diet yesterday, (still waiting on an actual date) I drink about 40 Oz Water yesterday and started to notice my urine was pale yellow by the end of the day...today I drink 48 Oz before having to "go" and noticed my urine was damn near translucent...I just drink my last 20 Oz for the day...my question is, is that healthy??? Especially for the second day of preop? I'm not really a big drinker of water so it's a big shock to me. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App

  10. I repeat: Call your surgery practice to get the answer to your question. There's no point in going back and forth with people here, as none of us is involved in deciding your surgeon's requirements and limits. You asked a question and don't like the answers you're getting. I've already talked to my patient advocate, I'm trying to get alternatives. My piercings are apart of who I am and Ives spent over 200 dollars in getting them. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
  11. Mine has only been in a year, plus it was 55 dollars, Ivery had it done 3 times and am not working at the moment so I can't just go get it repierced. If u was working this wouldn't we an issue for me Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
  12. The tongue will close...this surgery I'd 3 hours and people who have had it in for 5 years plus said it closed with a few days Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
  13. No, what is your coinsurance??? After you pay the 500 to your doctor, you'll pay what every your coinsurance is up to your out of pocket max after the deductible has been met. You can find out if your hospital will bill you so you can make payments on it. Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App So I found out that 2000 is already given to us by the employer so I'll only be responsible for 500 Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App What is coinsurance? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App The percentage of what you pay and what your insurance will pay. Example: a silver plan is a 30/70 plan, Meaning, the beneficiary pay 30% after their deductible has been met and the insurance plan pays 70% Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App Oh okay the lady said it's 80/20 so does that mean the insurance pays 80 of the out of pocket? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Yes and you'll be responsible for 20% Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App Is that 20% of the maximum out of pocket? Example: My maximum out of pocket is $1000, is it 20% of that? Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App No its 20% of the procedure...up until you hit your max. So let's say your part of the procedure is 5000 after the deductible and after insurance pays...you'll pay up to 1000 and then insurance covers the rest. Also your deductible is included in the your of pocket max. So subtract your deductible from your out of pocket max and that's what you'll be left with after the insurance pays their part Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
