  1. Hi all Laplanders! I am almost 5 months post op. Have lost almost 30 lbs and feel great![emoji4] The one major problem I am experiencing is burning in my stomach after I eat. Has anyone else experienced this? It gets quite uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do?

  7. This will be about 4 weeks for me. I feel like I'm thinking about food more often right now and then I eat, at eat too fast so I get stuck. Gotta slow down and got to feel satiated for longer Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. So I can eat raw cauliflower and baby carrots fairly easily.. do you think this means that I definitely need more fill? I only have 3.5 cc's and am not losing weight.. I have been stalled between 11/12 lbs for the last two (almost three).any thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  16. @@weneebug, how's it going? I'm 7weeks post op and have been maintaining a "stall" for about two weeks.. frustrating but I know it will change. How's things for you? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Congratulations @@Banded_Beauty!!! I'm at a stall right now I'm 7 weeks post op, down 12 lbs. feeling good but hope to see the scale drop some more. Christmas was a bit challenging but so much better than previous years! I've started exercising, 30-40 mins per day, so things should turn around. I go for my 2nd fill in Jan 20th. At this point I only have 3.5 cc's so hopefully that top up will help. You should be proud!!! Way to go. I would love to stay connected congrats!! You will inspire me Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  20. How are you doing Banded_Beauty? I was banded on Nov 21st.. lost 11 lbs in two weeks but now onto my 21st day and not losing.. maybe even gaining a bit back.. going for my first fill on Dec 20 th and really looking forward to it.. I'm worried that I am eating too much right now Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. I'm 16 days post op and feeling really great. I don't seem to have any restriction right now. My first fill appt is Dec 20th. I'm looking forward to that because I am so scared that I am eating too much. I can eat anything right now in small amounts.. is that normal? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. Thanks weneebug! I am looking forward to my fill. I really need to start thinking about food planning and preparation for the week. Let me know how things go after your fill. I understand that until that first fill there is no restriction so everything is just "sliding" through... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. Hi all! I am newly banded. I am 10 days post op and feeling pretty good. I have lost 10lbs but haven't started any activity yet. I feel like this week things are not moving. Should I be concerned? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
