  1. I started putting pumpkin pie spice in with my coffee grounds before I brew it and I use stevia for a sweetener. It gives me the yummy flavor of the creamer without any extra calories. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. I have IBS too. I had surgery November 8, 2016 and my stomach is going crazy! I haven't noticed any relief. I contacted my surgeon and he said I cannot take anything to help keep me regular. I'm to the point I'm afraid to leave the house because I'm spending so much time in the bathroom. However, I have read a lot of people to get relief. I'm hopeful this is just a phase.
