Im 8 wks post op. My sleeve doesn't tolerate red meat well. I can only have ground beef and small pieces of hamburger patty. ????

I believe you didn't tolerate well the toast. It happened to me a couple of times when introducing new foods. First time I ate soft fruits and also first time I eat scrambled eggs at 3 weeks (allowed in my plan). Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I got a prescription from my dr on what medications i needed post op. But in Mexico you can buy most meds without prescription and there shouldn't be any issue at the border. I brought meds for my husband for hypertension too. There was a time I was flighting back from Mexico and there was a pharmacy in the airport and we bought meds there to bring home. Anyway you shouldn't have any issue coming back home with your meds they will give you a medical pass for crossing the borders as well. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Ohhh that's exactly what I am having. I had a lot of shoulder pain after my sleeve and hernia repair that last for about a week. Today, at 2 weeks post op, the pain cameback after i had a soup for dinner. It must also be my full sign, but I didn't know to stop eating when i first felt. Heck it hurts a lot now

I also had a hiatal hernia repair with the sleeve, so think that is what caused this pain. Other than that i am fine. Sticking with the clear liquid diet.
