  1. sugar free Jello and broth seemed to be it for me. The jello I think helped because it was like eating solid food and was more satisfying. Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App
  2. I packed a bag and didn't use any of the stuff. I was so out of it and the hospital pretty much gives you stuff you need. The only thing I really recommend is your phone and charger.   3. Good luck! I've been fine up until today. I have a bit of nausea and a slight headache. Have not felt hunger at all. When I get hungry, I have chicken broth and that satisfies it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I find the chicken broth makes me sick.
