I'm also dealing with this issue. I had surgery July 9,2016. I was losing pretty steadily, but this past month has slowed down a lot. My dad is an alcoholic, and I've always been a "drinker". One of my first questions after surgery was..."when can I drink vodka again?" Now though.... I don't feel like I'm a drinker, I feel like an alcoholic. I'd rather drink liquor than eat food. (Since we can't do both at the same time) I also don't want to not drink ever again, sooo I'm having a hard time deciding to seek help. I went with a lighter me this past July. Dr Ortiz was my surgeon. One of the best medical experiences of my life. Honestly it kinda felt like a vacation. There's a website and Facebook page that you can get info from. My total surgery cost was$4700. That covered everything exvept my flight from MO. I had to pay a $500 deposit to secure my date. But financed the total surgery cost through one of their recommended companies. Depends on credit honestly. Fees were kinda high. If you have better credit than I did, maybe bank or credit union financing would be a better option. My loan is no interest if paid in 12 months though. Anyway... I had surgery with A Lighter Me "ALM" in July. Dr Ortiz was my surgeon. It was the best decision of my life and one of the best experiences of my life.
