Everyone is different or so I read here for the last 6 months. I was sleeved 8/15/16. Psw 211. Sw 201 Cw 159. ( I'm 5' 3") We are about the same. I wish I could lose quicker too. But I am happy and feel good most of the time. I throw up occasionally. I eat too quickly drink before I eat etc. Some meats are harder to eat than others. Try to find easier meats. I am 12 weeks out from surgery. I didn't feel good for a long time. I had wished I didn't do the surgery too. Maybe two weeks ago I finally felt much better. You will too. Get all your Protein in. Just drink and eat easy things.
