  1. I have a high tolerance for pain. The first two days in the hospital I pressed the pain button whenever I could. After that I took no pain Meds. I'm so glad I had the surgery. Go for it
  2. Dry mouth spray! I think it was biotin. Read it here and glad o brought it. Other than that not much phone charger. They had everything else
  3. Everyone is different or so I read here for the last 6 months. I was sleeved 8/15/16. Psw 211. Sw 201 Cw 159. ( I'm 5' 3") We are about the same. I wish I could lose quicker too. But I am happy and feel good most of the time. I throw up occasionally. I eat too quickly drink before I eat etc. Some meats are harder to eat than others. Try to find easier meats.   5. You will probably have buyers remorse for a while. I did for probably 3 months. I'm 4 1/2 months out now. Still Hard to eat more than a few bites of meat. Keep up on fluids and Proteins. Eat easy foods. All you are experiencing is normal. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. Hi I'm jen. 50 years old. Married for 20 years. 6 months ago we quit our jobs, sold our house and moved to Florida. Just bought a sailboat and ate getting ready to take off for a few months. I had lost 100 pounds on. My own in 2012. Diet and exercise. But due to medication, prednisone and an illness. I gained back 60. So I decided to have the sleeve 3 months ago. It wasn't easy.   12. I am 12 weeks out from surgery. I didn't feel good for a long time. I had wished I didn't do the surgery too. Maybe two weeks ago I finally felt much better. You will too. Get all your Protein in. Just drink and eat easy things.
