  1. I'm finding that I have to do some research on my own. I also ask a lot of questions. Typically you see low potassium levels if you have vomiting and frequent stools. But the body still needs more that what we give it so typically the surgeon puts you on vitamins.

  7. Yes I'm 8 weeks out and I still have this problem at times. It feels like a rock hitting the bottom of my stomach. The doctor increased meds for GERD and cramps and it's been better. But remember to take small sips. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. I had surgery 9/15/16. It's been really frustrating. I still can't drink more that 20oz a day. I get IV fluids a few times a week. The Vitamins make me nauseas and most foods heavier than the soft/ mushy diet hurt. On top of that the gas and constipation in the last week have been killer.
