So today is my sleep study consult after the consult I'll have to do the study and next week is my last nutritionist appointment. I was told that I'll get a surgery date but it's been so many ups and downs with this journey I do t even believe them!! I haven't gained or lost any weight since I've started this journey I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.... to be truthfully honest , I'm just ready to get this show on the road ! I had that concern once upon a time but I look at it like this if no one tells them how will they find out? And if they do find out... so what? You're not on there disrespecting yourself or your family so really who cares what others may think ? As a mom i totally get this... were by nature to be selfless and not selfish .... But if you dont take care of you... You wont be any use to anyone else. You have a husband and thats a blessing! Go get your surgery!

Look hun, "The haters hate us cuz they aint us!" lol I went through the same thing this past summer with my family i actually had a family member who disapproved some much of my surgery she came to visit for a few days just to fat shame me into not getting surgery if that makes any sense at all! It was the worst but it didnt stop me from starting my process, and you shouldn't let negative people stop you. Dont let someone's bad juju spoil a decision you've deiced to make to better yourself. if they dont like it they can always stage left out of your life! You deserve happiness , you deserve to wake up every morning and look in the mirror and absolutely love the person you see. Be happy be confident and kick ass in the process! xo Ki

Im not even close to surgery and in fact I have a sleep study and one more nutritionist appointment before i even get one and i swear i am loosing it. I went from being super excited for getting the surgery to anxious to now where i dont even know whats up what down whats left or right... could this take any longer? maybe it's a sign that it's taking so long for approval? Ive really beaten myself up about the whole thing and on top of that Im a parent, who works, and goes to school at a new university and all of that stress make we wanna do the one thing im not suppose to... eat! In the back of my mind i sometimes feel like i might not be able to take any weight off once i get my surgery and im just doing this for nothing its really heart breaking i dont know whats wrong with me......
