I'm desperately trying to locate Phil Cohen formerly of Advanced Weightloss Solutions. Advanced Weightloss Solutions has shut down and I cannot find out where Phil has gone. I've been with Phil for three years and I don't want to go to anyone else. If anyone knows where he went, please let me know. Thanks a bunch

I feel your pain. I do not get hungary when AF is about to arrive but I do not lose any weight I think because of the water weight. It can be very discouraging for me. It really hinders my progress when this happens every month. I don't really know how to remedy the situation. Any suggestions?

I was told I could drink anything liquid so I pretty much drink water, decaf coffee, iced tea, and milk.

I found that after about four days the sharp pain I had getting up and down had passed. Every person is different. It probably wouldn't hurt to take off just one more day, just to make sure that you are feeling your best.

I have had two fills so far and after each fill, during the two days liquid, I feel very sick. Once I am able to eat, I feel fine. I didn't have this problem before I started getting fills. Is there any way to remedy this?
