Actually I have I've been getting my cabinet ready tighten up any loose ends that's needed .It's funny I should've had this surgery over a year ago but put it off it's now that I no that I am so ready .I guess it's like they say nothing happens b4 time R4C?

I'm sitting here full of nerves I've finally submitted all of my paper work for surgery so now I'm just waiting on approval paperwork was submitted last week but I can't stop thinking about all the bumps in the road along the way this is crazy I feel as if I'm going out of my mind I no I need to let go and let God but my nerves are out of control R4C?

No need to be ashamed of self you come a long way from where you started from!But wanted to ask what are your children ages ?Was asking because my sister has twin girls and she was telling me about this free exercise she does twice a week where people meet up with there kids and do this workout called mommy & me at a local park .I thought that was so wonderful anywho if you can find the time maybe look into that R4C????

Uh, weight loss surgery isn't just for old people, you know. Sometimes it's the best option, no matter what your age. What a silly thing to say? Evidently you can't interpret what you read because I said I didn't know her health issues nor did I know how long she had been trying to lose her weight. I simply stated that at 28 if she isn't liking exercise and sensible eating than wls is not a good choice because a young woman at 28 should really make surgery a last resort. Next time read something over before you open your big mouth. This is a life altering surgery and everyone can't make the changes this surgery requires. I was just letting her know her options. I'M sure we all could read what was said it's here in black & White that's great your daughter lost weight with Zumba but don't go around putting your views off on other folks .Because she is 28 she can do this that or the other that's like someone saying to you because of your age she should just do sit and be fit.Im just saying R4C????

I'm not self pay but i look at things like this if a food funeral is what you needed to do for you congratulations ???? if that's your way of getting ????????????????????????????????out of your system .Just remember you now will have a tool assist you on new journey ...I wish you well on your WLS ! I'm gonna need you to breathe calm down take a few breaths. It wasn't all for nothing your doing this for you to better your health sometimes you get a monkey wrench thrown at you every now and again but that's okay pick yourself and finish what needs to be done .And when it does your gonna shine like a star just think positive you will do great when your time comes! A friend of mines had the sleeve done she told me that she chewed food up an spit it out .I was like are you crazy You could have ended back up in the hospital and she was drinking 3weeks out.I don't no I'm just flabbergasted...I'm just really glad that I did my research talked with a therapist joined this site and waited to have my Rny until I was truly ready and dedicated before I started on this journey .. R4C????

Although there were several other reason and things going on in my life that played a factor into my reasoning to start this journey .But when I asked myself how much do you love you .That's when I knew that I needed to make a change in my life ???? R4C????
