  5. @@Sai i wasnt, but i finally started logging everything. i didnt realize i was eating so much sugar. i just thought with the very limited amount of food i eat, i wasnt consuming a lot of carbs. funny how wrong i was. its a fresh start for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. i dont get enough Water and Protein, i know that for a fact. i also dont always want to eat, so i dont. or i just have a Protein Bar for dinner after working out or playing a sport. but then other days, im hungry around the clock. i exercise daily, whether its lifting weights, playing sports, running or taking a class at the gym. i think im frustrated because im looking at my peers who have had the surgery after me and are already hitting the 100lb lost mark. i just started tracking my food and water intake. i need to see where im messing up. 8. thanks everyone. im not fond out yogurt and cheese, however i will make a better effort to start eating those things if i need a snack. im also trying out a new Protein powder for shakes. 20g per serving, plus i make it w skim milk. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. i dont know how do directly reply to a comment. @innersurfergirl, thank you. your questions really have me thinking about what im eating each day. i did download my fitness pal and i just bought soy Protein powder to start making shakes for breakfast and for in between workouts. i dont drink nearly enough Water or consume enough protein. hopefully these shakes will help with the protein. 14. did you have any frustrating moments, like longs stalls and no weight loss? im 10 months out, started at 283 and am at 210, which i have been at for 3 months. im starting to think i'll never hit my goal. any suggestions? you look great, btw. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. im going to try cutting down on sugar, drinking more Water (i really hate water) and making smoothies with soy Protein powder for breakfast and before the gym. i guess we'll see what happens. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. help!! i had the sleeve done on december 26th. i lost 72lbs (started at 283). i havent lost a single pound since early july. i go the gym about 5 days a week to lift weights, play volleyball, softball and pickleball combined two or three times a week and i go to zumba twice i week. i also try to run a couple time for more cardio. i know i dont drink nearly enough Water, but that cant be the only reason the scale hasnt moved in over three months. im trying to figure out what im doing wrong. during the day i tend to graze, rather than eat three meals with two Snacks. but i find that im always hungry, not matter what and when i eat. for instance, today i ate 1.5 hard boiled eggs for Breakfast and was hungry an hour later. and not head hungry, but STARVING, the way i was prior to the surgery. does anyone have any advice or ideas? has this happened to anyone else? three and a half months seems excessive for a stall.
