  2. Hi there. I think this is a common issue and lasts for a few weeks post-op. I had the same problem and someone online suggested the following- exhale deeply and then swallow the water/ liquid slowly... it actually helped me. Try it. Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App

  5. Hi All, I am planning to do the surgery in Jan.. but while reading through other's experiences I could see that excessive amounts of saggy skin is an issue to take care of post surgery.
