  4. Try Pre-natal Vitamins they have all the vitamins the body needs and also has vitamins for the hair, nails and skim. I bought mines at Amazon. They are liquid vitamins since im only 5 days post op but they told me they work great!! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  5. Hi, I am 5 days post op, with a lot of bloating and pain. My pain medicines only last 2 hrs and even though I walk a lot i still feel pain on my right lower side by my belly buttom. Plus i cant drink the 60 oz Protein. Many times i regret of have doing this surgery but at the same time I start thinking that this all must be temporary and at the end it will be worth it.
