  1. @icantbelieveit- I will discuss this with my Shakeology coach. The shakes may have higher carbs but it has super foods in it too. I think there are bene's in it. I agree about losing weight and lower carbs. I'm trying to workout everyday which is a new world for me. I'm just always needing to check in with sleevers because I'm alone over here trying to figure out my new me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. @mr1121. I did not love drinking shakes since I had been on every diet under the sun all my life. A Shakeology coach friend of mine twisted my arm so I jumped on with both feet. I love the chocolate flavor. Never thought I would but I do. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Icantbelieveit- how far pre op am I? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Interesting that the carbs are way to high. I have a hard time drinking those pre mixed premier Protein drinks from costco. Is there a powder version? Plus I was never given any guidelines on carbs. I was told to get my protein in. Do you have any guidelines. 8. Thanks SAi for encouragement. I am not trying to whine but dang I see so many folks having a plan to go by because of continued support. That's why I joined shakeology. I needed some sort of plan. Problem being there are not any sleevers I've come across yet. I may need to start my own group. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. My shake is carbs 17grams and 17grams of Protein. A lot of super fruits and veggies Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. If y'all have a plan will you share so I can compare. Ppressey24 are you in AZ? I was supposed to have the surgery in NM but we moved. So yea it's lonely in my world of sleeve. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. Yes through shakeology Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. I'm on my own. I had surgery and my surgeon met with me once after and said my incisions look great and to exercise. Good luck. That's it. I had my surgery here in Scottsdale. I haven't heard shakeology has a lot of carbs. I'm watching salt and sugars trying to learn foods. I eat Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I have lost about 10lbs a month since surgery. That really doesn't seem like a lot. I am now in my 5th month and inches are gone for sure because I'm exercising but weight is definitely not melting off. Social media is killing me with all the online groups I'm connected to. I see pictures of svelt people and it just seems like I have such a long road. I know you aren't supposed to compare yourself but it feels like I'm doing this process wrong. I know I need to drink more Water but that is s chore for me. I'm trying to do Shakeology the best I can. Just frustrated Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
