  2. Anyone who has researched gastric bypass or sleeve knows it is not the easy way out. Sounds as if he maybe ignorant and needs to go to an informative seminar. Talk with your pcp and decide what you need to do for you. This is tour path, no one else's. If he is not willing to go to a seminar to learn more find a supportive friend or family member who is willing to be there for you no matter what. Good luck and god bless Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

  5. Was wondering if anyone had federal bcbs insurance and has gone through the process. I am just waiting on approval for surgery. Had 3 months supervised diet, pulmonary, classes, psychological, etc. Surgeons office sent in paperwork for approval from insurance and said things look great but I am still freaking out. I am 42 5'3" 238 lbs with bmi of 42. Has anyone come across any issues even with a bmi over 40. Surgeons office said it normally takes about a week. A week and a half at the most. I am literally freaking out. Just want to get the call saying your approved. They have given me a tenative surgery date of November 3rd. I am praying that all goes well and bumps in the road. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App
