I would never have been able to go. I'm having a harder time than most though because I have other health issues I'm dealing with on top of it.

My doctor only required the two days of clear liquids but I did a bowel prep (polyethylene glycol) like you do for an endoscopy anyway and I am so glad I did because I would Not want all of that in my colon to deal with after surgery. It was difficult enough, I was so glad (and so were the nurses and my doc) that I did the prep. The pain meds would have backed me up to China! [emoji854][emoji15]

I have both of those as well plus a few more autoimmune diseases just for fun. [emoji854] My Menieres has been a lot worse since my surgery 6 weeks ago. I'm hoping when I lose weight my balance will be better! [emoji1] How are you doing? I'm hoping I'll have hair someday, but at this point more is falling out. Best wishes! [emoji255]

After trying a few hundred $ worth of protein powders, I finally found a Whey Protein Isolate sweetened with Stevia made by Legion Athletics. So far I have only tried the Vanilla but I like it better than everything else I have tried. It mixes well in a blender bottle too. 22 grams of protein/100 calories. (I have celiac disease, lactose and soy intolerance and am sensitive to sugar substitutes but I do well with this one!)
