    I purchased Cytosport Muscle Milk, vanilla Protein powder from costco, my wife makes homemade milk kefir (1/4 cup), and also vanilla flavored Flax milk with extra protein, add 4 ice cubes, and a few drops of orange extract = delicious"cream-cicle" shake. ????
