    I have surgery on the 25. Day after my birthday. I start the pre op diet tomorrow which is 4 Protein shakes a day,64 ounces of Water and sf Jello or broth up to five times a day and one 300 calorie meal at lunch. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
