    11/14/16 surgery SW: 216 CW: 188 I've been stalled out for a couple of weeks but definitely feel my body changing. Clothes are starting to fit differently and that's encouraging! Still a bit low energy though... Anybody experiencing red bumps/welts on forearms and shins? Not sure if I'm experiencing an allergic reaction or something related to dehydration/potassium levels!
