I am about 2 1/2 months postop and I am having issues with losing weight only and my lower abdomen area otherwise everything else is coming off nicely… Is there any suggestion of exercises that will help with that lower abdomen top of hip area that's my trouble area??? It's OK if you have a messed up just remember to get back on track next time… To help you with that Temptation write everything down and take ownership of your cheat at all keep you from doing it again. By the way my doctor asked me point blank what I tried when I was ordered not to try other stuff they expect you to fall off the wagon a little and test your boundaries it's completely normal.
