  3. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App I agree with the temperature as well. Cold thin liquids cause an ache but cold blended shakes with peanut butter (thicker) are no problem.
  4. I had the conversion surgery on 9/27 but the removal of the band and creation of the sleeve was done in one procedure. For me the recovery was much more difficult from the sleeve than the band.With the band I walked laps around that hospital right after my surgery. I wasn't really in pain, it just felt like about day. With the sleeve it took over a day and a half to get me to walk 50 steps because I was in soooo much pain. I was weak and tired and now on day 4 it's gotten a better with only incision sorenesss but I'm still exhausted. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

  9. My nurse/nutritionist said that this is due to the alkaline in the Water. She suggests adding lemon to change the pH or drinking Crystal Light until you can stomach it. Fyi, she is a bypass patient. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
