  1. I am 4 weeks out from gastric sleeve and I have constant pain in the incision where the stomach was removed. My surgeon says he may have to go back in and remove a stitch. Has anyone else had this hapoen to them?

  3. See if there is a compounding pharmacy in your area. They can use powdered potassium and make it into liquid form. You would just have to have your Dr. write a prescription for it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App
  4. Thanks for all of the tips! I think I'm going to keep my current position. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App
  5. I am waiting on my surgery to be scheduled. I have a small dilema about work that I was hoping to get some advice about. For my job I have to dress business casual and I am concerned about the cost of buying new clothes a lot as my size drops. I have been offered a different position where I can wear scrubs all day which will be a lot cheaper for my changing size. also my current position i can have constant acess to drinks/protein shakes but this new position I would have very limited acess throughout the day. there is no change in pay and i like both jobs but can't decide. how did everyone deal with clothing issues and lack of access to food/drink at work? 12. I am trying to follow the south beach diet for my pre op diet and im really struggling. I am constantly hungry and getting headaches, I feel shakey and just overall crappy. I'm getting nervous that this is how I am going to feel after surgery as well. I know my stomach is going to be smaller but I have always gotten headaches and shakey if I don't eat enough and I'm scared thats how it will be forever after surgery... 13. Hi everyone. I am just getting started with my journey. Im hoping to have surgery in December. I want to get started on Protein drinks and shakes and I am wondering what brand people recommend either premade or powder. Also what is the average amount of protein that should be in each drink?
