  1. I'm in my 3rd week of Optifast. My op is on Monday, 14th Nov. I'm coping better than I had imagined. I am hungry all of the time, I'm dizzy some of the time, but otherwise I feel great. I'm also feeling more mentally prepared for the upcoming changes. I'm actually looking forward to eating real food again, albeit in tiny portions. My preferences: avoid the chicken Soup, unless you modify it with spice and/or stock, it's not nice at all. The shakes are good; all flavours. I've just tried bars this week. They aren't too bad either. I bought the multipack for the shakes and the bars and didn't have one I didn't enjoy.
