  1. Surgery scheduled 10/4. I am currently at the liquid phase. I went to the fair last night. (This was a killer...oh the food smells). I kept my mind on the goal.   4. I had mine done 18 years ago, I was 21. It was not bad. The gas pains were horrible and the fact that I let it go on too long and my liver and pancreas were affected probably made it worse.   11. @@Sherbear2 my doc required one to check for H Pylori, ulcers, and hernias. I did have a Hiatal (sp) hernia but it is slight and will be repaired during surgery. October 4th! 8 days!!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. @@lowbmi65 I had the endoscopy last Monday. Super easy! I had full general anesthesia though. Woke up, ate lunch, and went home. Was a little groggy for the rest of the day, but no big deal. Just seemed like I took a nap at the drs office. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. I did the same, but due to a death in the family I lost a week... and had to start preop diet still thinking I had a week. So... I'm on low fat/water until the 30th then.... liquids until surgery! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
