  3. Ok- I need help. I have stopped losing weight at 4 months out. 61 lbs down. Here's the kicker... I am disabled (I have MS) can't just get up and walk. So exercise options are minimal. My caloric intake is about 800 calories. Any words of wisdom of what to do to help kickstart my weight loss again?

  8. Yikes guys I'm scheduled for the 7th and on liquid diet. 4 shakes Water and broth. Although the doctor said that the most important thing was to lose weight and to shrink liver. He seem to be very laid-back about it. I'm just scared I don't want anything to go wrong. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. Morning all! My name is Kara- I am a 41 yo F who is an MS (Multiple Sclerosis) patient. I prefer to just consider myself no different then anyone else but I figured I would just put it out there. I am excited, I got a surgery date of December 7th! Wohoo! Being that I am so happy about this, there is always pitfalls and everyone here appears to be sooo helpful, Can I join in the fun? I , as with everyone I'm sure, have a million questions but, I won't bore anyone with that babble. Thank goodness for everything you guys do. Me Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
