My UHC (BariatricPal Resource Services) had a time frame of 15 business days. That would have been this Thursday. It was a long 11 business days. I called several times to check status. Good luck with your approval! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

It took a full 6 months. I had a 6 month supervised diet requirement. I am BMI of 40+ will all of the co-morbidities. I was submitted to insurance 12/1 and approved 12/16. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

I'm two months in to my required six NUT (UHC) appointments. BMI 40+ with all the co-morbids. All other req met. Hopefully approval will be quick when I finish NUT appointments in December and surgery in Feb/March.
