Can someone clarify for me please, is the 'Early Release of Superannuation on Specified Compassionate Grounds Form' completed by my GP and Specialist? Any reviews out there for Dr Reza Adib who practices at Wesley Hospital Brisbane? Anyone had experience with QSuper and Early Release of Superannuation Funds?
