    I'm wearing the full mask that covers mouth and nose. I have a mild case of sleep apnea. After a couple of nights getting used to mask I sleep so good. I had a terrible time going to sleep for years and would be up all hours of the night eating. Ugh. I did not like the nasal only mask. She should help you choose what works best for you.
