Yeah I have read some horror stories with cosmetic surgery in Mexico, but I haven't heard anything bad about WLS.I have insurance but they have excluded any weight loss coverage including bariatric surgery. Of course I can't give you any recommendations on that. But I can't suggest doing as much internet searches you can find people who have done it get their opinion. Contact NIH. It's your body do whatever you want. Believe me it's not the easy way. I passed the pizza place today 4 times while working and it kills me I can't stop and get a piece of pizza. LOL. I'm almost 3 months post-op from bypass and I still struggle did he eat any solid food it hurts and is uncomfortable but I'm doing good with my Protein shakes and Vitamins and I feel good and I've lost almost a hundred twenty pounds from original weigh in June.
