Autoimmune disorders and wls
I believe that my WL is affecting my Lupus in very positive ways. I still have pain but I feel it's so much easier to move around. So the more I move the better I feel. I can reach my feet now to do my own pedicure and lotion. I can walk up stairs easier. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

New here, constant nausea
Hang in there. The nausea was terrible at first but it got better. My doc ended up giving me some antinausea meds. I now only have nausea when I first start to eat. After a few bites it goes away. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

Hello Out There August 2016 Sleevers!
I was sleeved on August 24. Down 40 lbs so far. Still struggle to get my water in daily. Still getting nauseated when I eat some items. Nothing tastes really good anymore. Which I guess is good. HW 429, SW368, CW 328 GW 165

8 days out and I think I can consume to much.
Before I went on puréed foods I could take a ton of liquid. I was worried that the surgery didn't work for me. But then I started puréed foods and they fill me up much faster and stay with me much longer. So don't worry it will happen.

Hello Out There August 2016 Sleevers!
While I have some times of buyers remorse with this procedure. As I really miss enjoying food. I find the longer I go the more I enjoy what I do get to eat. Also I feel a sense of freedom of not being ruled by food. I eat my half cup portion and feel full. A feeling I have never had. So feeling satisfied is what I am embracing now. Still working on getting enough water down. Learning to drink when I'm not eating or right after I eat.

Hello Out There August 2016 Sleevers!
I am now on puréed foods. I tried to some things I shouldn't have without puréeing. It did not go well . So I am following the Drs protocol now religiously. Starting to feel better. Losing a pound a day.

Hello Out There August 2016 Sleevers!
I had my GSV done on August 24th. Been home a few days now. Experiencing some pretty bad nausea and diarrhea.. I am eating okay a little more than they say I should. I have had dumping twice. Cannot do anything with real sugar in it which is fine but I can't wait to be able to eat some savory foods. I am sick to death of this sweet (artificial sweeteners) in the shakes and the yogurt and the everything else you can eat post surgery.
