  12. Maybe try- RWJ St Barnabas http://www.barnabashealth.org/Specialty-Services/Weight-Loss/Why-Choose-Us.aspx They have a very similar program as my hospital and should take your insurance plus an excellent hospital.
  13. Sorry I couldn't help... I would definitely check all of your local hospitals (ex: like mine) and see if the have a metabolic/bariatric program. Most hospitals do and the great thing about that is that hospitals except all insurances!! What area is preferred or would you travel up to maximum?
