  1. Hi! if you have a hard time swallowing the calcium tablets, I usually go for the kiddie chewable calciums. Its easier. When I got banded a year ago, there was no liquid form of vitamins available here in the Philippines, so I opted to go for the gummi bear form of vitamins for kids too.
  2. Hi! I'm new here. I got banded on January 18,2007. I started at 248. I am now 140. Is it normal that every time you get filled, you regurgitate? I usually stay in my room for 3-4 days because I don't feel well, My comfort is my bed and the toilet bowl! Or was my weight loss drastic?
