Hello my second family! Just had my first consultation and it was wonderful! Lots of information and I already have pre op appointments set up for September and October. Fingers crossed for December 26th surgery date (it's my 45th birthday too)!! I wanted to ask if people here tend to take excedrin for headaches? I hear a lot of heavy people tend to take it and I am 1 of them. Almost daily. I asked the doctor and he didn't seem to feel it's a problem BUT I think I should ween myself off sooner than later. What do you guys think? To let you know ... I take only 1, almost daily, for the caffeine of it (not a big coffee drinker). Let's be nice with your comments too please. Thanks in advance... You got this!!! I see my doctor on Sept 9th and I am sure I will be in the same boat as you. .. I am thinking of buying the BE Protein shakes to drink as a meal replacement. I have already started to cut out some of the foods that I adore. I have shed a few tears over the "break up" I might add. This is the start of your new life girlie!
