  1. I was sleeved on Aug 8th, the first 3 days were really hard with the gas pain and nausea...my upper back and shoulders were hurting so bad... I walked and walked and actually have full relief this morning! The nausea went away on day 4. I feel like this was the best decision now... Big tip from me..... you have to train your brain that you can not swallow as much as you did before at one time it will hurt! I have lost 10 lbs in this first week...   2. I had surgery on August 8th 2016... Tylenol worked best for my pain..walking is best for the back and shoulder pain... The anesthesia gets up there and has to dicipate so walking does the trick! Good luck. Sent from my VK810 4G using the BariatricPal App
