Hello Everyone! I am new here. I have my surgery scheduled for September 23rd. I am excited and nervous. Pre surgery so far, I have lost 55lbs. on my own with portion control and eating healthier. I cannot wait to begin the next phase of my life change with this surgery. I wish all here luck with their surgeries! The hardest part of the pre surgery diet for me has been food journaling. I just cannot get the hang of it. Oh well... Thanks for being here!
