    For something "sweet" i get large cup ice from sonic. ($0.38) Then add a gre at value orange early rise (crystal light) packet in it put the lid on it shake it up and eat with a spoon... its kinda like having a slushy. I add no Water. Although today I caved with a tiny 1x1 inch sliver of birthday cake. Sent from my SM-S920L using the BariatricPal App
