  10. Phew. So hot here! Pace yourself. I have felt dizzy when I stand up quickly but it's subsiding. I drink throughout the day. I just wait 30 min after I eat. I count my Protein shakes as fluids too. Water + lemon Powerade zero And diet lemonade from chickfila have been my favorite. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Be careful with the lemon water - lemon is a diuretic.Thats really good! I am barely getting anything in because i feel soo full very quickly. I dip up 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and barely make 5 bites from a baby spoon and feel very full. I cant even get an accurate calorie count because i barely put a dent in the minute amount of food i make. My doc told me she doesnt really care about calories. More about protien but wants me to focus in my fluids over the protien first. Sent from my SM-N900P using the BariatricPal App

Headache and disgusting. Still in liquid stage so i thought the ice cream would be ok. Ive had milk in small anounts and other than a few spasms from the cold it went well. I rhought this would to.
