  1. I drink Isopure Zero in grape. It's 40g of Protein in 20 Fluid ounces. I mix a bottle with grape Crystal light. It's the only way I get my protein in. I haven't been able to drink powder based shakes. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. My surgery was on 7/18. I get my Protein from Isopure Zero. It has 40 g of protein in 29 Fluid ounces. You can drink it straight but I mix it with grape crystal light. Even though it's been 4 weeks, I'm still on the liquid and soft diet. I can't swallow real food yet. It gets stuck even when chewed to mush. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Hi y'all! I am 3 weeks post op for gastric sleeve. I can't handle swallowing anything other than Soup, Jello or pudding. I'm trying to introduce soft mushy foods, but everything seems to get stuck going down. I have tried oatmeal that had been watered down, thin grits and tuna fish salad. I'm not sure what to do and the idea of liquids forever is freaking me out! Has anyone else experienced this problem? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
