    I used Dr. Felts from LapBand solutions near the medical complex in houston. I was also a self pay. He is wonderful and so is the facility. Here is the web address for you. I highly recommend them to anyone. My friend went with me and when she was in having her surgery they found a cyst. They did not charge her for anything and refunded her money to her.
