Sorry u don't feel well. Hope nothing is seriously injured. Take Advil if u can for pain and use ice. Maybe sleep in a recliner if u can. Elevate,ice, Advil or Tylenol and a recliner. Feel better. If not or big bruising go get seen. Take care. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

Thanks for the input. I'll let you know how I do. Like u I'm just worried about the hustle. The bend,stretch,reach,transfer, lifting, etc. not to mention how to find time for fluids. Lol. Nov 21! Hopefully getting 3-4 weeks recovery. Wondering what everyone else got for recovery time. I was told 2 weeks maybe 3 but I have a very busy go- go job so I'm on my feet 8-12 hours if my shift. Just wondering average time off? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hey how are u doing now? My surgery is in 2 weeks. Was 2 weeks enough time for u to be off looking back or did u need more? Our ED is really busy and there is no guarantee I'll get triage. If I request it I might get 4 hours max. I'm requesting to be sent back to 8's and not 12's for the first couple months. We will See. Please let me know. Thanks. My surgery was moved up to the 21st. Must loose the weight by the 15th of nov that's my pre op. I don't have a "liquid diet" but I've been doing a modified version of a VLCD to loose the last 10+ pounds. Just looked it up on line and I've lost 7.6 lbs in 4 days. While working in Er. There's the regular isopure Protein mix then the isopure drink it's like a Gatorade. They r 20oz. 40 pro 160cal each glass bottle. Like about $5 a bottle about 10 favors clear liquid like Gatorade.
