    Wow you went through a lot ....I too had my gastric bypass surgery at 2004 was 348 lb went down to 147 in a year ...after i lost the weight.. I have twin girls and one son.. the year is 2017 and I've only gained 55 lb still seeing my doctor and still fighting to cut those pounds down you can do this.... ? I have been on this app. For 11 Days.... its Called ☆ Sparkpeople.☆ and its awesome not much people like us.. but it helps. ????doing my 60MIN. cardio and 10,000 steps on my Gazelle for 60MIN.. andddd changed my eating intake....i think im BACK,????     It has been 12 years this year that I have had my gastro bypass surgery... i was 345 when my journey began ...within one year I went down 174???????? 2 months after found out I was pregnant with twin girls ...3 years after pregnant once again with my Son... those were the best years of my life.. now 2016 my weight 211. My doctor wants me to lose 35 pounds it has been the hardest thing I have had to do... I don't know why ... I have been keeping track of my carbs, Protein , and fats but still I'm plateaued for 2 months already and it's just been the hardest thing any suggestions ... Since then I have had twin girls and a son after.. my weight today is 210.. struggling on getting back to my 174.. im needing help getting back to my eating and counting calories..&. Protein..
