Looking for a buddy in Texas

2016 will be 12 Years when I had my surgery...i was 345. I went down 174.. in a year. was a big life change!!! Since then I have had twin girls and a son after.. my weight today is 210.. struggling on getting back to my 174.. im needing help getting back to my eating and counting calories..&. Protein.. I exercise daily... HELP!!!????
