Me at 480 now am at 320 10 months later. I started my life change 10 months ago I had gastric bypass on 6/27 I had lost 90 before surgery I almost didn't go through with it boy that was gonna be a bad mistake because this surgery have been the best thing I ever did I'm eating right in the gym 4 to 5 times a week got so much energy now all the aches and pains are leaving not on all that medicine only take my Vitamins so yes this was the best thing I ever did for my health!!!
