  1. You might want to check with your surgeon. I know we're all different but I had no pain from my incisions after maybe 3 days. Sure, there was tenderness for a period of time but nothing like what you've described. I'd call the doctor ASAP.
  2. Me too! I'm scheduled for 11:45 tomorrow. I started this back in July and my time has finally come. Good luck!! Many blessings.
  3. 4 day countdown for me! Congrats! Almost here! Getting excited and nervous.
  4. I had a six month weight management requirement before submitting. Started in July 2016, was hoping for a February date, no joy, didn't get scheduled until May 16, 2017. You might want to check that you don't have a required six waiting period and that they actually have on file all the required docs. to submit. I know my brief delay was from missing documents that I had to personally track down from various pre-op testing. I also called my insurance company to verify if they submitted and to check the status of my claim. Good luck.
  5. May 16th here as well. In the middle of my Pre-Op liquid diet. It's a struggle but surprisingly I'm hanging in there. I just keep a big cup of crystal light beside me all day and drink constantly.
  6. I'm also in the 6 month wait club. It's frustrating to say the least but I'm looking at it as a time to research and get things in order. My first appt. was July 18. Now, I'm counting down the days until Dec.
