I think I am getting close to the end of the 6 month program (fingers crossed) ... I just wanted to know what to expect next . This has been a long process. Help!

Hey ladies! What test did you have to have done before being scheduled for surgery? I know about the psychiatric evaluation or is it case by case? Just wondering

The journey to be sleeved has started. Had my first weight loss class which is required with Kaiser and next is the consult at Holy Cross. I think the part that makes me a little anxious is not having not a full detail of what will happen at each appt/class. It's probably based off weight and current health status as well. I wish I would've done it the first two times I received a referral to start the program. But better late, than never I have a bestfriend who is having surgery soon. Didn't know she was in the process till recently when I mentioned I was doing it. Anyone in Maryland that has gone through the program with Kaiser??? Help! I have so many questions.

I finally asked my doctor if I was a candidate for WLS and was authorized to begin the process!! I'm scared yet excited. I'm currently with Kaiser in Maryland. Anyone in that area that has gone through the process and can let me know whats coming and how long? I know I have multiple classes but I have no idea what to expect. I'm scheduled for the first 2 class/appointments which are 4 weeks apart.... help please!!!
