  3. I've been lurking for a while and have loved reading your experiences. This is my first post. There is a surgeon in my hometown and is on my insurance. I know of 3 patients who had good experiences. However, some of his online reviews weren't great. I've already consulted one bariatric doc with high ratings but it wasn't a good fit.
